Adopt a dog:Adele/Bloodhound/Female/Senior,We aren’t sure how our beautiful Adele is still waiting for a foster/adopter, but some family is going to be incredibly lucky! Adele was saved by a Good Samaritan last year after a hunter dumped her in Ennis. All this girl wants is the love and admiration of her people. She is SO good. She likes dogs too after proper intros. She is really good with playful relaxed dogs. But, gets nervous around any dogs who want to boss her around. Want to foster her? We think she is a little older than originally posted, probably 6-7 years old. But, she doesn’t act like it at all! Adopt a dog:Shadow/Pointer/Male/Young,Who is ready for a big goofy lab/pointer mix? Shadow is a big dude with a big playful personality. While he only weights around 60lbs, we think he will continue to put on some weight and grow into his personality. He does well with other dogs who like to be rough and tumble. But is working on learning his basic manners. We don’t recommend him in a house with small children right now, as he doesn’t understand his strength. He's a goofy gangly adolescent! Adopt a dog:Peanut/Chihuahua/Male/Senior,Peanut is a 9 year old, 13 lb Chihuahua mix that still has a lot of love to give. Peanut had a perfectly happy life for most of his 9 years, until he lost both of his people. One passed away and the other had to go to a senior care facility. Humane Tomorrow promised we would find a great home for him. It took just a little while, but he has adjusted very nicely to his foster home. Peanut is a quiet and reliable companion. He joins his foster mom in the office everyday and snuggles quietly in his blanket. He’s a Velcro dog and likes to be on a lap whenever possible. He likes short walks, toys and chews, and never misses treat-time after meals. There are big dogs and small dogs in his foster home and he is fine with both. He is housebroken, but he might have an accident if it's raining or freezing cold. Peanut prefers not to venture out in bad weather...smart boy!

She is very calm and loving.She LOVES to snuggle! She is good on a leash, house trained and crate trained. Would do best with no small kids, cats or smaller dogs. She is spayed, microchipped, current on all vaccinations, on flea tick preventative and heartworm preventatives.
